  5. I had gone through a lager, an ale, a single malt (high end Scotch, not blended whiskey), and hard cider phase. There's also a new hard cider on the market, Angry Orchard, with a creepy, four-foot cut-out apple tree from its label with a none too enthused facial expression down at the local beer cave. Also, from the Pacific Northwest there's Sasquatch Ale. Great Lakes Brewing Co. also has the Lake Eerie Monster pale ale.
