Real pumpkins and plastic pumpkins both - they abound this time of year. Start thinking about new ways to use them this Halloween.
The photo above, I did something like this for a Halloween party. I cut the top out like I was making a Jack-O-Lantern. I removed the guts. I put a bowl where the lid was and filled it with marinara sauce. I then put cubes of mozzarella, salmon, and olive on a toothpick and stuck it into the side of the pumpkin.
