Dinosaurs in the Congo?

 

Is it possible that in the thick jungles in Africa, a dinosaur has remained hidden from the world?  On the Congo River, it is said there is a creature referred to as mokele-mbembe. 

For a long time now the locals have reported a water creature that, by all descriptions, looks like a dinosaur cruising in their water.

The interesting thing about this supposed creature is that locals are the ones consistently reporting it. It reminds me of the mountain gorilla reported by locals for a long long time. Then in 1902, they were officially discovered.

In a continent with lions, tigers, giraffes, hippos, rhinos, and other large and unusual creatures and in a region that can cloak a creature for millions of years, it is feasible.
