A Japanese ship that lost its mooring during the tsunami and went adrift was spotted in Canada. The tsunami occurred one year ago and so far this is the largest vessel of millions of debris that went adrift that has been spotted. They believe in about 50 days, it will make land as it drifts south of the west coast of Canada.
On a scarier note, in March 2014, the major mass of debris is believed to reach the west coast of the US.
