Finding Upcoming Horror Movies

Upcoming Horror Movies is a great site. I go there often to see what's up. They divide movies easily for you in categories like "remake," "werewolf," "zombie" and "supernatural." You can also look them up by month of release. They stay up on the status of upcoming movies from the moment the concept comes out until it goes to DVD.

Werewolf: "Dog Soldiers: Fresh Meat" Pvt. Laurence Cooper (survivor of first film) is picked up by a team of American soldiers who are on maneuvers. Cooper's story of werewolves in the woods is met with skepticism until the soldiers return to the now-destroyed farmhouse and discover evidence that something strange indeed went on. They discover a soldier from Capt. Ryan's special ops team (who were mentioned in the first film, but never seen), who explains that his company was also slaughtered by werewolves and have become the werewolves in this film.

Supernatural: "Dark Circles" Young urbanites Alex and Penny move to a 19th century farmhouse in the country once their new child is born. But their baby cries all night and a nearby construction project prevents sleep during the day. Completely exhausted, the new parents are suddenly terrorized by the appearance of a dirty, barefoot, night-gown clad woman on the property and even in their house... a "specter" who seems obsessed with their baby. Alex and Penny are convinced that the woman is only a hallucination, a by-product of sleep deprivation and parental anxiety, until their babysitter disappears...

Zombie: "The Revenant" Centers around a fallen soldier who somehow finds he has joined the ranks of the living dead. Bart Gregory (Anders) has just recently been laid to rest - so why is he still up and walking around? The only person Bart can turn to for answers is his best friend Joey (Wylde), and before long the two pals have surmised that the blood is the life. In order to survive, Bart requires a steady supply of it. Convinced that no one will miss the drug dealers and killers who have transformed LA into a swirling cesspool of crime and vice, the two friends decide to do law enforcement a favor by cleaning up the streets while collecting the precious blood needed to keep poor Bart from withering away into dust!

  2. Despite all of the great horror films ever made & those yet to come, The Last Man On Earth, featuring Vincent Price in the title role as Dr Robert Morgan, based on Richard Matheson's I Am Legend, is by far better than either The Omega Man with Heston or the Will Smith blockbuster bearing the novel's name. Happy horror viewing, folks …
