Tonight's episode of F'ing Bigfoot on Animal Planet takes us to the Canadian Rockies! Eh?
As I have been doing every week, I will be doing live blogging on "Bigfoot Evidence" with Shawn from the blog giving commentary on the action of the show while I, well, make some smartass comments and goofy remarks. I also have to take a sip of beer for every "squatch." Last week they said it 41 times! Yikes! Don't worry if y'all are in the east and it's 1 a.m. when we're doing this--it will be on his site to read tomorrow.
Here's tonight's snack recipe -
Pinwheels & Pickles
Flour Tortillas Cream cheese Buffalo sauce Thin slices of turkey shredded carrot gherkin pickles Spread cream cheese on a tortilla,sprinkle with buffalo sauce, lay down a few slices thin turkey, sprinkle with shredded carrot. Roll this up firmly and wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Take off plastic wrap and slice into 1" thick slices and place on plate with pickles. Tomorrow expect me to have a review of the show.
