Autumnforest Crushes: Dean Radin, PhD

I'm starting a new series on my blog "Autumnforest Crushes" dealing with nerds in the field of paranormal/science/exploration who make my heart pitter patter and my mind happily occupied with their intelligence and wit, curiosity and perseverance. As an alpha female, I appreciate men who blaze trails not taken, adventurers of the mind, body and soul. Expect to see lots of variety in this series!

The first in this series is Dean Radin, PhD. He studied electrical engineering and psychology and, if higher degrees in complicated arenas wasn't enough, he cofounded the Boundary Institute. You might recall me discussing the online PSI testing site I like to utilize to learn how my mind and body feel when I choose a correct answer and to work my skills. This is hosted by the Boundary Institute at this site. In fact, yesterday on the card draw test, I got a 50.6 to 1 ratio and was in the #1 slot. The next person closest to me had 23.7 to 1. Cool, huh?

Radin now is Senior Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Psychology at Sonoma State University. His books include "The Conscious Universe: The Scientific Truth of Psychic Phenomena", "Entangled Minds: Extrasensory Experiences in a Quantum Reality," and "The Noetic Universe."

You can find him extensively on programs that discuss things like psychic skills and the paranormal world. He is well spoken, thoughtful, and I love the way his mind works. I could swear he is also spatial/time synesthetic as I am. Okay, a girl can dream that she and her crush have something in common!

Holy hell! Y'all know how I often talk about "intent" and how we feel someone watching us and turn and stare right at the person. He uses that example in this discussion on the video below. Are we linked or what? (pitter patter, pitter patter) He is dreamy, but even more important, he is working in a field I need to know more about having been born with this blessed/cursed ability that still baffles my logical mind.
