    Jack Sparrow... wait I mean CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow is my favorite chatacter all time. George Bailey from It's a wonderful life is my number 2.

    Oh, Man... that's easy for me... John Wayne as 'Ethan Edwards' in "The Searchers". This is one of John Ford's westerns with Wayne that was filmed in my most favorite place in the world, Monument Valley.

    Wayne's latter characters were 'mean,' but with some kind of comic effect. Not in this one... This is one of the darkest characters Wayne ever played.

    A very very close second would be Wayne's character in "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance."

    Love the movie Jaws, and Captain Jack is definatley an all time favorite. Indiana Jones, Hans Solo, and my top pick........
