I just saw a trailer for this. I honestly thought it was some JJ Abrams-style remake of ET. Seriously. "E.T. II - This time he DOESN'T want to go home."

RR, I was thinking Spielberg just came up with a tougher version of ET using his youth with the sentimentality of Stephen King, but I'm sure JJ will make it much more edgy like a mini-cloverfield.
Jeremy, give your cat a pat for me since I'm allergic, it will have to be a virtual pat. Aren't you excited about this movie? I just need a horror story with a bit less CGI and a bit more story and this appears to be it.
Echo; I hope so. We need some magic in the theaters and not just the over the top CGI shit they've been putting out in recent years. I think the artists are getting hired by Hollywood more than the actors. Even the actors are getting edged out of TV shows for reality characters. The good news? Actors are now models, kicking models out of the industry.
Wow! I've never heard of this movie before, but it already looks really good. I like that Spielberg and Abrams are working together on this as well. That man saved my Star Trek...
