Ghost Adventures--Drinking Game Time!

("Is There a Ghost?" Band of Horses)

Travel Channel's "Ghost Adventures" is at Bonnie Springs Ranch. A search for ghosts at Nevada's Bonnie Springs Ranch, which was built in 1843 and now serves as a tourist attraction. I saw parts of the episode early to see if it was awesome and it was most awesome. Great locale. Very moody. Very creepy.

Sadly, this is the last episode until this fall. Are you choked up? So am I!

The drinking game?
1. Stay Home.
2. A sip for every "bro," "dude," "man," every time Zak gets touched by a ghost and every time Aaron's mouth drops open in horror.

The drink tonight is ginger ale and vanilla bourbon.

Don't forget tonight from 7 pm EST all through the evening is "Lonely on a Friday Night" so join us. People come and go all evening, make comments, ask questions, chit chat, talk about the show, and just shoot the breeze. I'm here the whole evening as your hostess, so come and go as you wish. I'll know if you arrive. No, not my psychic skills, dears, it's my email notices that comments are made.

  1. vanilla bourbon... sounds different and if i only drank. i hope someday you will share out the recipe for the dirty chocolate chip cookies...

    it's friday, yes! doesn't mean anything, b'cause i is unemployed.. though on weekends i think i get a "get out of jail" free card... where i don't feel guilty for not working.

    tonight i think i getting the big versions of the last pink-wookie shoot...

  2. I will drink to the death of Dale !

  3. Jeremy;
    Vanilla bourbon was something I made for cooking, but since I live alone and am dieting, I don't bake, so I can use it for my crazy drink. I take a bottle of bourbon and cut open some vanilla beans and put inside it and put it in the fridge. I shake it every now and then. After months, it makes the best vanilla extract ever.
    Dirty Chocolate Chip Cookies:
    2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt
    1 c. butter, 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. white sugar
    grate a Hershey's bar into the moist ingredients and mix, stir in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
    Form ping pong ball-sized cookies onto sheet far apart from each other. Cook 350 x 10 minutes 45 seconds to 11 minutes. I undercook them slightly. Store in a container with a piece of bread to keep them soft. Change the bread when it gets dry and hard.

    Problem with Dale--he refuses to die! It maybe a long drinking binge, dear.

    Mister Sharaf;
    Ben Hansen turned me onto that song. I love Indie sounding music and hey it's just awesome to have any song about a ghost.

  4. I really love band of horses. :)

  5. Zoe;
    Yup. I love what that singer's voice can do. I readily admit that the singer is the thing that grabs me about a band. Some bands totally don't have it, like I despise Rush for the singer and I adored Creed for the singer, even though in real life hes' a total dick.

  6. hahaha great song and a great drinking game i shall have to try it. Sounds like it could end with a messy night.

  7. Cpt;
    Don't you know. Some episodes could put you into a real stupor.

  8. Yeah, but have you ever seen a drunk wolf? It's pretty crazy!

  9. Doo;
    That show just needs some music and some drinks. It's the perfect combo.
