Tomorrow Tumblers

This is another in my series about fledgling psychic skills. The prior ones were “Soul Seers” and “Tactile Tuners.” This one is “Tomorrow Tumblers.” Hey, I never said I had great names for these kinds of conditions, but you will be intrigued by what they do. Everyone is psychic but some of us managed to focus on our skills early in life and took them as second nature, others poo-poo’d them or simply did not realize they had them. As I said, my psychometry ability (ability to touch objects and gain stored knowledge from them) was a skill I didn’t know was psychic until I was in my 20s. I truly thought everyone did it. Fledglings are like this, they do things and don’t realize what they are.

Here’s some characteristics of Tomorrow Tumblers…

They get an invite to an event and feel a sudden dread. They will go to any lengths not to go, even though it is something they would normally love to go to. They are driving home from work and suddenly decide to take surface streets for no “apparent” reason.

The phone rings and they know who it is, they think about someone and they get an email out of the blue from her, they finish people’s sentences and shock them that they knew what was about to be said.

They tend to dream about bad events; earthquakes, plane crashes, tidal waves, hurricanes and then they happen in the near future. They tend to experience déjà vu fairly often and while in déjà vu, know what they are supposed to do next to fulfill a pre-destiny.

They know who is next to die in their family. If someone asks them “guess what happened today?” they answer it right.

What do these folks have? Precognition—the ability to have foreknowledge of future events. The fledgling form they have would be called “women’s intuition” or “déjà vu,” but the fact is that they often avoid calamities by leaving the party earlier than the others before the cops came or deciding against the vacation in Chile and then Chile has an earthquake. They seem like a lot of near-misses, but actually they are signs of listening to that intuitive voice within.

It’s not for the person with this fledgling psychic ability to explain why they “get a bad feeling” about something. Just know that they are damned good friends to have when you’re planning to take a flight. Consult them first.

  1. I have many instances in my life where I would call someone and they would say "I was just thinking of you". I have learned to follow this intuition or instinct or whatever you want to call it. When someone pops into my mind....there is a reason. I have never viewed it as psychic. Just intuitive. I believe we are all connected somehow and if we are receptive we can pick up those conections.

  2. MM; A lot of people have blocks from receiving information from the universe. Sometimes, it's a defense from childhood, for others it's that they don't trust their own instincts. It is a form of clairvoyance, subtle, but there nonetheless. You sound like a tomorrow tumbler, my friend.

  3. autumnforest, remember the weekend before my thyroid surgery when i heard from tons of people from years ago, and i thought maybe it was a sign i was going to die or something? was that synchronicity? i don't understand what that is, but, can you explain that sometime? there's a link to your etsy store in my post tody, too....

  4. Hey Libby-Girl;
    You should get your clock today (can't wait!) What you're describing makes me think you might be a tactile tuner sender... People close to you are attuned to signals from you--even over distances and time. That's a charming thing to have. Now that you know when you need folks, they will come, you can send out your signal and see who you round up.

  5. ....yeah, autumn, but why don't i attract people from, say, california...like rich movie-tv stars (like david krumholtz of numb3rs!)? lol!

  6. oh well...i've never met him,,,that could be why...;-)

  7. Libby-Girl;
    I suspect you have a real magnet to your personality and once people have had a bit of Libby, there is no substitute. I want some of that talent. Hope it rubs off on me.

  8. There have been many occasions that I wouldn't do something or be around someone because I had a bad feeling about it or them. More times than non, I was right. There have been many times that I would sing a song and it would be on the radio, or talk about an old movie with someone, and right afterwards find it on TV. I don't know if this is the same thing but it happens a lot.

  9. Julie;
    Really, of all the types, this one is the most common type. We all do it at some point--jump into the consciousness flow and think about an old song you haven't heard for years, then turn on the radio and there it is! Some people, like yourself, do it more often and that tells me that you aren't just having those randomly lucid moments, but that if you worked your skills more you could become a full-fledged clairvoyant. Some time try and take note of what mood you were in our how your body felt when things lined up like that for you. You can start noting it ahead of time that you're about to have serendipity.

  10. Serious question: Would Spider-Man be considered a precog with his Spider-Sense?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Halloween Blues;
    You got me there. I think he's gotta be, huh? But, all you other precog's out there, the skin-tight suit is not necessary, but hell, the spider web shooting would be pretty awesome.

  12. Sounds like you've had experiences with these types :-p
    Is it possible to be two types? Because I see a lot of this in me (I didn't see one of these that I said "..hmm no not me" to, except knowing who's going to die in the family next. I get weird feelings about it but...eh) but the Soul Seers was similar to me as well.
    And how would you improve this if you are one?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Soraya;
    Yes, you can be a few. I am primarily a psychometrist (tactile tuner) and secondarily a clairvoyant (tomorrow tumbler) and upon occasion a medium (soul seer) but never had the tendency to wards "creature comforter" although I love animals, they tend to notice I have a very high energy around me--my aura is like electricity and animals tend to feel that sparkle. Now that I've gotten everyone interested in what type of fledglings they are, it will next be time to tell you how to work with what you've got. I'd suggest going daily onto www.gotpsi.org and testing your psychic skills. It's a good way to start noticing changes in your body when you pick the right one. Then, you can learn how you feel when something is "perfectly aligned."

  14. Alright that would explain why I would match more than one, then :-p I'll definitely check the website out. Really would like to increase anything and understand why some of the things happen. Are you posting Creature Comforter tomorrow? I mean, I already think I have a feeling as to what it is but. Lol

    Yup, it'll be on in the morning.

  18. I have deja vu moments a lot. It happens in the form of I hear a word I've never heard before...then I'll hear it like 3 times in another place. I'll think about a movie...it'll be on TV....or a song. Some moments in my life are deja vu and I have no clue why. Interesting stuff lady. :) Oh, btw, I'm psyched about your new blog! When will you start your journey?? If ya end up in NC for any reason.... ;)

  19. Kim;
    Yeah, we looked at our route and we're cutting it off at Tennessee, turning and looping back around. As it stands, we thought it would take 4 weeks and now it looks like if we wear ourselves down we can do it in 2 weeks. Yeah, right (hrmph)

    ReplyDelete
  20. So, will you actually go to Tennesee or you'll cut back before entering Tennesee?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Kim;
    Well, if the publisher picks up our plan, we will be going to Tennessee.

  22. I've been experiencing precognition since I was a kid. Thankfully, I don't receive knowledge about big events as I'm not sure I'd deal so well with that type of info.

    But, I've had some success in nailing down little things before they occur - especially when it comes to knowing I'm going to see someone I haven't seen or even thought of in months.

    Lately, precognition has taken a back seat to some funky clairaudient stuff for me. My willingness to do a lot of EVP work seemed to help open that doorway.

    ReplyDelete
  23. John;
    That is really exciting. You are are opening yourself up to be a receiver of information. I can't tell people enough how important getting into meditation or alpha state is to know how to let this stuff flow. When I'm in a crowd and I know there's someone there trying to read me, I have the ability to make my mind utterly blank, not one image, emotion, word..anything. It takes some work, but it's worth it.

  24. Ack! I missed this one AND I have to go, 'coz there's a midnight podcast with Floridian Hollow Earth researcher Dennis Crenshaw & his co-host Rick Osmon on right now, Unraveling the Secrets (eh, I'm sure it'll be archived), but anywho, yeah, the premonitious dreams that I have had & that I still get are often so surreal that 'til they happen in real time I'm not certain how to interpret 'em until the actual temporal event occurs & is right in the middle of happening. Have to brush up on that one. Thanks for this, Autumn Girl. weirdly enough, my captcha for this is karstur & I was known as Carsten Avernoson when heavily involved with the Hollow Earth enigma, so many years ago. Whoa ~ (•8-D
