First, I'd like to thank my readers for once again taking Ghost Hunting Theories to the #1 blog in the world for the subject of ghost hunting and #10 for paranormal content!
I'm going to propose the very best way to encounter spirit activity - naked. No, not without clothing - - without equipment!
We get caught up in proving ghosts exist or a place is haunted. Unless you're a scientist or you're on a ghost show, this is nothing more than a distraction. There is no evidence that is going to turn the tables on believing versus knowing.
How many times do you walk around with a meter waiting for it to show you there is activity? Your head is down, your focus is purely on the instrument. There is so much going on that you miss.
Interestingly, no matter what equipment we use, we have difficulty getting recordings and photos/video and so these devices can't experience the spectrum that humans do. They aren't gathering proof of what we see, feel, smell, and hear.
I propose you dare to have an experience.
Stay overnight or a few days in a haunted location. If you ignore them, they will come. It's rather like chasing Bigfoot. The more your concentration and focus and instruments are on them, the more they hide.
It's the accidental encounters that say much. It appears there is a component with aliens, UFOs, Bigfoot, and ghosts that your very consciousness interacts, thus the pathway for mindspeak.
No one wants to be chased by paranormal paparrazi. If these forms of life have consciousness, they certainly can feel eyes upon them, rather like when you're in a restaurant and feel you're being stared at, turn in that direction and see someone studying you. Intent. We can pick up intentions upon us.
My best suggestions are to go against your very nature when it comes to having encounters. Turn your phone all the way off - no signals going on. Put it in a drawer. You will not take pictures or recordings. You are organic.
When I run a seance, I do something unheard of - my technique doesn't involve hands touching. I put boys on one side of the table, girls on the other in case there is a particular gender that is more attractive. I also have the participants put their palms skyward on the table.
The reason I do this is a hug. A hug, huh? When you hug someone both hands enclose that person into a circle of the two of you. One hand brings energy in to read the person's feelings and the other hand exits positive energy to soothe that person. In the case of a seance, closing that circle by hands touching other hands does create a circle of energy to each other, but not necessarily a beacon.
Your energy enters and exits through your hands readily and this is why the sense of touch is focused so critically on the hands These are the hands that soothe or subdue.
In general, the hand you write with pushes energy out - great for when you want to subdue or control someone or you want to heal them. The other hand is where energy comes in, so you can feel someone's injuries or feelings or read the memories imprinted on objects (metal objects are easiest).
To test this, put your palms facing each other in front of your chest. Keep them apart about 4" so you can stroke fingers from one hand toward the other palm without quite touching. Stroke and then test the other hand stroking. Whichever palm felt the energy more is the "in" hand used for reading sickness, emotions, and memories on objects, and the other thand is the "out" hand that can heal or calm.
You know how heat escapes from your feet and the top of your head - two places you want to cover in the winter and uncover during a fever. Well, your hands put out your life force energy, your frequency. They are beacons to energy sources that read other energies. Imagine a seance with hands up like a formation of lights in a forest indicating location of focus.
We are beacons of energy and it translates at the frequency that our personal body generates. This is like bits of light to entities/intelligences. Think of your body as a wormhole. Energies come in one hand and out the other, through your body, mind, soul. It's a circular motion that allows you to perceive other energies and entities and evaluate it within and then send back a blockade or an invitation.
Just pet a dog or pick some produce from the garden, splash under a waterfall or hug someone you love. You never feel that circulation motion more than when you feel positive going in and out.
We literally attract what we put out, so people who are in deep depression, their minds aren't functioning normally, or they have serious psychiatric disorders or addictions can attract bad energies. Do not go investigating in this state of mind or your invite in all the wrong types of energy.
Dr. Masaru Emoto believed that water mirrors our energies. By focusing positive or negative thoughts on water, their molecules when frozen form either beautiful symmetry or ugly globs. It makes sense that our intentions and energy can create something beautiful or something ugly.
This is a key thing to remember when deciding to have encounters with the unknown. We do not need to fear what we encounter, we need to fear our own intentions being unpure. We project out and receive what we send. If you don't want to be stalked, don't stalk. Invite and dispatch.
Having ghostly experiences is something I had nearly every day from birth. The Civil War hospital home I grew up in was not only one of the most haunted houses in America, but digging up relics on the property had me psychically reading info from them.
Yes, there was death and despair there (both sides of the war utilized the house as a hospital at various times and the North built a fort there too). But, my compassion and fearlessness made it possible for me to see these energies as part of the natural world and nonthreatening. It never occurred to me that they could hurt me in anyway because I regarded them as previous occupants and I curiously wanted to know and understand their journey.
In that remarkable way there are no coincidences in life, I was the last born to late in life parents who already had four other kids way ahead of me. I knew from the start that I would be escorting them from this stage to their level of importance in the great beyond. This home and being able to understand the otherworldly lives in parallel with ours actually helped me to deal with handing my family over.
We often think of the dead as invisible people. No, not really. There is knowledge and memories, but in an energy form, they travel in a very different way than we do. Their consciousness can be in many places at one time. You can sit at a grave of a relative and update them on your life and they are instantenously there. It is a rather quantum entanglement situation. Simply give thought to those who have moved on and they are aware.
Location means nothing. You could call upon them anywhere you wish because you are the beacon, not the building. This is why genuinely talented mediums can perform a seance without the need to be in a place. Places are for the living. Energy and consciousness is for the deceased.
We have five senses (six if you are focused), but they are rather lame senses. Our vision isn't great in the dark. We don't have hairs all over our body that have sensory cells in them. We hear within a narrow range. Yet, we can detect ghostly activity where our meters and cameras may not note any changes.
We literally have a paranormal barometric meter within.
We feel something watching us, we sense an energy in the room, we are fed speech that we hear only in our heads, we smell phantom scents.
If our senses are not so keen, why do we outperform instruments in experiencing ghostly activity?
We might call this the soul, perhaps the magnetite within the brain that helps compass us can also be used for detecting geomagnetic activity. The pineal gland has been called the third eye and incidentally is affected by geomagnetic storms from solar activity. We have vivid dreams on these nights.
And, from my research on ghosts, almost every single time we studied ghosts on a night of a geomagnetic storm, there was intense activity. I don't believe the activity changes so much as the team members who aren't psychic are suddenly having encounters they can perceive.
Your best chances for activity are a quiet dark room so that you can discern any shadow movement, there is no daytime activity and noise, and you can keep your inner thoughts and focus on being curious, open, and think loving, happy, or even funny thoughts. This is a great attractant and puts out a different frequency that is discernible. Put your palms upward. Consider humming as the vibration is also attractive.
Are we tapping actual conscious energies or are we tapping past events? Might these encounters be more of a time shift? To many psychics we see time as not a thing, as everything that has, is, or will be occur in the same space, it's simply a matter of tuning your mind radio to the station.
You will walk away from your experience having realized that you weren't interacting with ghostly entities, but stalking them with instruments like they were a lab rat. Be human. Be humble. Be grateful for the encounter.
You will never prove ghosts exist.
You aren't going to prove a place is haunted. You are, at best, going to be torn apart by others who say you hoaxed it, you used Photoshop, etc. You will, however, have an observable experience that gives you more conclusions about what we are dealing with. You will begin to archive interactions and gain understanding. It isn't just that we want to talk to the dead and be assured we move on. It's also a test of our own understanding of what resides within us - a spirit, a soul, an energy.
If you want to study more on your own energy and vibration, I highly suggest GAIA channel. It has an infinite amount of videos that guide and teach on all esoteric and ancient studies.
When you develop your own way to have these encounters without documentation, you learn some higher aspects of the human brain and soul - a pathway that you didn't know was always there. Develop that pathway into a highway and now you're entering "medium" territory.
Happy experiencing!
