Finding Bigfoot--New Season!

Expect me to go crazy over the new season of "Finding Bigfoot." Y'all know my obsession with our furry cousin, but I also really love the team, even the cranky curmudgeon windbag tool called Moneymaker. Expect me to be inspired for yet another episode of "Laugh." Click on the tab above for the previous 2 episodes I wrote based on the show.

For FoF, I did tank top shots. For Ghost Adventures, I do a drinking game. I think the appropriate accompaniment to "Finding Bigfoot" would be foot shots. Oh, don't worry, I will also do suggestions for the best "Finding Bigfoot" snack ideas. Tonight, I'm sharing with you my secret weapon for any party. I've become so famous for this damn dip that every time I go somewhere, people expect me to be packing it. Always double this recipe--it will be gone in the snap of your fingers:

White Pizza Dip

1 envelope of Knorr’s garlic and herb pasta mix (in dried seasoning section near dried spaghetti mixes and such)
½ lb (8 oz) sour cream
½ lb ricotta cheese (8 oz)
1 oz pepperoni chopped
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1 loaf of french bread or italian or baguette bread torn into chunks

Preheat oven to 350. Combine seasoning packet with sour cream, ricotta, pepperoni, 3/4 c. mozzarella and put into a casserole dish. Sprinkle rest of mozzarella (1/4 c) on top. Cook for 30 mins. Serve with bread dippers.

Here's some of my favorite lines from the series:

“We are clearly in a squatchy area”
“Maybe it was a dumb squatch”
“We've got squatch”
“I do think there is a squatch in these woods.”
“Some people sing in their cars, I do Bigfoot screams.”
“I went off the deep end of squatch after that.”

Tonight's episode takes the team to New York to investigate a supposed baby Bigfoot swinging in a tree. I do not believe for one second that was what was captured in the video, but like most outings, they will go into the woods at night and that's always when the fun begins!

  2. Tonight's video of a baby Bigfoot is pretty compelling. Plus they take a baboon bigfooting with them! You got great feet, but even better eyes. Perhaps we can get pictures of your peepers for "finding" bigfoot.
