Wish Me Luck! Hope I Don't Make An Ass of Myself

Hey, Wednesday, I'm doing an interview with Fox News for the local channel in Phoenix. We're doing it downtown at a famous haunted hotel to talk about my ghost hunting. You know, I take y'all with me, so expect some goofy video and pics.

In good news too, it would appear that we will be releasing "Kickin' Up Dust! (Getting Lost To Find Ourselves)" in print. Fingers crossed--it looks very hopeful. Julie and I have a few more books lined up after that including one we're doing a zombie (hint) photo shoot for on the 25th that will blow you away, one based on Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum entitled "Spirit Vessels: Why Some Buildings Are Haunted."

Oh, and just a warning, Dale is becoming twitchy already, so in advance I apologize if my ventriloquist doll ends up on your blog leaving vague or strange comments. He is beginning to show signs of his October-month possession a little early this year. I know because he's starting to hoard all the nail files which is never a good thing. He's also been stalking blogs he has an obsessive interest in, so if you see him on your followers profile shots--watch out!

  4. Awesome. Post it as soon as it's available. My TV debut took several weeks to finally show up on their website. I wish I knew a way to download it.

  7. Scared;
    Yeah, but it's actually my work day. Back to do another 4 hours (sigh). I gotta quit this miserable sweatshop job so I can do what I was meant to do--fill the world with zombies and goofy road trips, urban exploration and ghost hunts...

  8. Make sure to spit out your gum. And it's best to drink AFTER the interview, not before.

    (Congrats and good luck! :) )

  11. Steve, honey, that was wonderful advice! hahaha Okay, I'll tell Julie we don't go for a brew in the pub at the hotel until afterward. I have earned it. It's been an insane bunch of weeks, doing all this and working full-time.

    Justine, LGH; SD77; Y'all make me feel better. I feel like I have a bunch of my best buds beside me.

  14. Thanks LDGN! I am excited. I always love doing new things. I hope that every week of my life brings some new novelty to make it fun and since the divorce, it has! That must be a karmic sign from the universe, huh?
