Bigfoot-Everywhere!

(Check out Julie's awesome post on our desert Bigfoot)

Tonight on Animal Planet is the final episode of this season's "Finding Bigfoot" and they're going to Alaska! Tomorrow will be a review. I am soooooo sad! What will I do without my favorite new show? (pout) By now, my readers know that you don't leave Autumnforest without her distractions of she gets into mischief.

I booked the cabin for our Bigfoot hunt in September. It's sort of my birthday gift for myself and has been on my bucket list since I was about 7 or 8 years old. Oh, you know I'll be all over it with video and pics and you will be thoroughly entertained, no doubt. And, yes, I am still threatening to make hemp brownies and see if he takes the bait. (smile)

So, I thought you might be entertained where BF has been whoring himself up lately. If we were to pay the dude, he'd make as much royalties as Michael Jordan or Tiger Woods on all the product contracts.

Oh, and here's the best for last...

  3. lol he is everywhere!! I feel just like you do. :( Finding Bigfoot has become my favorite new show and i've even watched all the marathon reruns. When they were in Quincy, FL I'm only about 30 miles from there so I plan to go up into the area and see what I can see. :) Your birthday trip sounds awesome!

  4. Go for it, lil sis! I want to hear all about your adventures. I want to encourage the bloggers to do more adventures in their own lives. We just need to get out and poke around, ask questions, explore, wonder... I even do that on vacations in a new city I haven't been to. I just need to wander around and poke in all the shops, find the weird industrial part of town and explore... I'm totally hyped for the BF hunt! Wahoo!

  5. Totally! I wish they would have gotten more episodes, but I'm sure AP is smart enough to know they need another half-season like that asap, hopefully this fall. I've waited the past 10 years for a bigfoot hunting show and they do a good job. The only thing I'd love to see is an hour episode, maybe a season ender, where they go--just the 4 of them alone deep into the Washington State or Canadian woods and stay for like a week and film themselves during that time. Just them alone in the big dark woods and strange noises where they know there's no roads or people--very awesome and that would be my favorite show ever!

  6. That would be so cool! My friend's boyfriend is actually heading to upper lower Michigan to do something on the Dog Man sightings. I can't wait to see what they come back with!

  7. Melanie, be sure to let me know how that turns out. That's a subject I'm really intrigued by.

Poor BF! I know, I just adore those. There's something so real about them. Every time I think of the Finding Bigfoot team in the woods, I think about what they'd do if they could mess with squatch. I suspect Cliff might have a BF calling contest with him.

  10. I like how BF always gets them in the end. I would love if someone actually found a BF but then again you know some people would try to capture and do experiments on it. Which is sad cause you hear of BF sightings but I never heard of BF attacks really not like a BF is killing humans,so it's like a catch 22 I'd love for one to be found but hope it got away.

  11. SD77; I'm with you, buddy. I hope he remains elusive, but there is a part of me that would love for us to find some DNA sample so we can prove the damn thing and admit we're idiots compared to him since he can stay so well hidden.
