A Quirky Fun Day in Phoenix

What is there to do in Phoenix if you have a day and want to take in a variety of interesting stuff? Let me show you -

Relics store at 7th St. and Camelback Road is a dream location for quirky and beautiful items. Let's take a look at some of what you can find in this classy shop.

If you like Mid Century furnishings, antiques, and Bohemian collectibles, consider the Melrose District in Phoenix. This row of shops is awesome!

If you're a gardening freak (me!) then you would enjoy Southwest Gardener shop.

Lunch at Postino at Camelback Rd. and Central Ave. is a most amazing lunch spot. They have a wide variety of tasty classy nibbles, but we always order the bruscetta with 4 varieties you can choose from.

If you want serious quirkiness, consider the amazing shop on Central Ave. at Camelback Rd., Curious Nature.

Do you want to hike around outdoors and feed some ducks? Consider Encanto Park at 15th Avenue between Thomas Rd. and McDowell Rd. On weekdays the amusement park and island are closed, but on weekends, it comes to life.

At sunset, we headed to Sahuaro Ranch, an historic site in Glendale. Peacocks roamed the ground and blossoms on the trees were bursting open.

There are lots of interesting things for those in Phoenix who want to do something a bit quirky.
