Don Monroe, the researcher willing to go anywhere and do anything, came across a real find years ago and it is still baffling him.
While in an Idaho Cave with an exploring buddy, the buddy found an area in the remote cave that looked to be an opening to another cavern.
The buddy asked Don to hold him by the feet while he reached in there. There were massive amounts of bones around him, but the researcher was able to rescue one very odd skull. Some kind of large "sea creature" was what they defined it as.
The buddy took the skull back to California to see if he could find anyone who could identify it. The cave experienced a total cave-in during the quakes and all inside it was lost.
Don hopes to get together with this friend and get the skull back. It would be an exceedingly important one to identify.
