There was a girl screaming at the top of her lungs on Scare Tactics earlier and I started to twitch and mutter a little.
ReplyDeletePoor Pangs, baby. A nice stiff drink should get rid of the tic, but you might want to seek counseling for the PTSD. I am never sure what to make of that show. I love to play pranks but the thing they don't realize is that at the moment this thing occurs to someone and they panic--they just put down a PTSD pathway in their brain. They just had a trauma. They may later realize it wasn't life-threatening, but they just marked up their brain chemistry and all the "I know it wasn't real's" in the world won't make that go away.

ReplyDeleteNot to mention the soundtrack to Lost Boys rocks. Seriously; how can you not like "People Are Strange?" I think I wore out two of the soundtracks on CD.
I will never get anything accomplished this week. I can tell. Viva October!
This is a great lineup, sir. You should include some DVDs in there, though. The Fangoria FrightFest lineup is great this year, I loved Pig Hunt and Dark House.
