Want a creepy hike this Halloween? If you're in the Atlanta area, be sure to hit Doll's Head Trail in Constitution Lakes Park!
In 2011, Joel Slaton, a local carpenter who wandered the park, exploring its beauty. He found doll parts in the park and rearranged them. Eventually, as time went on he built doll head displays. The park service liked the idea and okayed it.
Today, local people enjoy building displays to add as well as cleaning up and preserving the park and the history of the area.
It's a hike with a message of the impact we can have on creating beauty or creating trash.
