Bermuda Triangle

You can't be a child of the 70s and not be utterly and forever fascinated with the Bermuda Triangle and its mystery.

The Olmecs as Polynesians

The Olmec culture in Mesoamerica is a very interesting one. They were believed to be the first civilization of Mexico from around 1600 BCE (before common era). They were believed to have influenced latter cultures like the Mayan and when you look at the style of their art, it seems that the Mayan likely looked at the remnants of the prior culture and wanted to imitate.

The statues were often times huge heads carved from volcanic basalt. This reminds one a bit of the Easter Island Moai.

When people look at the features, they assume they are African in origin, but Africa was not a continent known for seafaring long distances. The most likely culture is the nearby Pacific one - the Polynesians. They were boat building seafaring people who spread out across the South Pacific. The features and art style are much like theirs.

This handsome Samoan man shows the beautiful features with full lips and wide nose, and a body that is built for wrestling and hunting.

Many figures show a body type that is not indicative of Native Indians of Mexico eating their native diet. But, they are indicative of the body type found in many islanders, a more powerful and padded figure.

You can see a subtle Asian influence in the distant past.

America had some tribes that were coastal and went missing. They included the Pericue of Baja and Karankawa of Texas. Their skulls were shaped like the Polynesian skull and they had great fishing skills, spools in their ears and tattoos. Sadly, they lacked immunities to European diseases and died off. Incidentally, those of the South Pacific have Denisovans genes and the Denisovans were shown to not have a great immune system.

There's another telling thing about Olmec art -

There are other places in the mound culture in North America that show similar style.

Burrows Cave - Illinois

"Naga Man" Anaconda Mountains Montana (Don Monroe)

Was there a culture that was seafaring that landed on the shores of many parts of the Americas and left their influence? Perhaps left their bloodline in the coastal natives who died out from contact with diseases?

There are many cultures that have adopted prior culture's work by simple possession. Amerindians spreading out over the Americas found lots of prior culture that they took over and adopted and today still get credit for. As well, there is much of Egyptian, aboriginal, Mayan and other cultures that are taking credit for structures, art and technology that their people did not create. It will take some very brave scientists to finally peel back the mirage that the "holy trinity" put forth through - government/religion/academia hidden agendas.

Below are some interesting worldwide comparisons of ancient giant head finds with similar features.

Strange Happenings on Mars

Man has held a real fascination for the "red planet." Mars is a beauty. And, some people conjecture we might have our very origins there.

Imagine if we prove that true?

It would be rather like finding one's biological mother and suddenly every mystery about you makes sense.... ancient megalithic structures, various forms of man that were tried and died, our focus on astronomy from prehistoric times.

Who Mined Copper in Ancient America?

A very ancient copper ax found along Munch Creek in Pennsylvania baffled many archaeologists.

You see, according to them -

Sunken Cities That Are Super Ancient - Defying Man's Timeline

There are sunken cities found around the world that defy the typical timeline of man touted by archaeologists (who have the interests/agendas of their patrons to honor).

Let's take a look at three amazing ones with ages that are so jaw-dropping, they are mind-spinning!

Weapon of Ancient First Culture Found in America?

Is this what the Hav-Musuvs looked like?

The Paiutes hold a legend in Death Valley of the "Hav-Musuvs," an ancient seafaring people here before the Native People arrived to the continent.

In doing research of ancient giants, Dennis Guern and I found some interesting clues that might make the legend of the Hav-Musuvs very probable....

Nephilim Stones: Ancient Giant Psychometric Stone Wraps

Dennis Guern and I are pleased to announce that Nephilim Stones is releasing Dennis Guern's stone wrap necklaces for sale in the Groovy New Life shop on Etsy.

"Goliath

We enjoyed naming these for giants. I did a psychometric read on each stone. Once wrapped in metal wire, it amplifies the energy. We like to call these "companions" more than "jewelry" because they contain ancient energy that can truly inspire.

Both of us are very deep into research, expeditions, ancient knowledge, rockhounding, and treasure hunting. We want to share the rock world and the ancient world in the theme of the megalithic giants for all our curious-minded friends.

Expect to see more works coming out involving ancient treasure finds.

Staycation: Turning Your Backyard Into a Year-Round Getaway

We are generally housebound for some time, but those with homes are going into the backyard a lot more than they used to. Perhaps it's just summertime or restlessness, but there is a lot of real estate you could turn into a getaway retreat. Whether the dreaded "plague" comes back around in the fall/winter or not, we've learned that home is where the heart is.

My Favorite Research Channels on YouTube

I watch a lot of research channels on YouTube. I am so proud of the minds that ask questions, buck mainstream archaeology that touts the same storyline for whatever entity(ies) control our knowledge. I appreciate these minds for voicing counter concepts, hypotheses, new ways to look at evidence, and to archive stories of witnesses and the like.

The Tall Ones aren't just an intriguing discussion about human relatives in the forests, but also apparently an attractive ad spokesperson.

What Does a Yeti Look Like?

What does an abdominable snowman, aka "yeti" look like? We have seen a lot of versions that involve white hair as if adapted for snow, but what might one look like given the location, evolution, adaptation, and also witness reports?

First, let's take a peek at the way they are portrayed in art -

So, what do witnesses encounter?

This man in Siberia (above) is an artist. He claims and encounter with a Yeti in a remote area. His description was this -

The Yeti was about two and a half metres tall, with thick dark brown hair like a bear's - but a lot softer. He was holding a wooden stick, with bits of hair wrapped around it. But the main thing was his eyes, they were just like light-coloured human eyes.

An Austrian mountain climber of much experience had an encounter from 30 feet away. He described it as -

The beast was about 7 feet tall and hairy; it made a whistling noise and smelled awful.

The general description of a yeti actually reads as -

Transplant Patients Taking on Characteristics of Donors

Organ transplant has saved many lives and continues to be the best option for organs that are in end stages. There are, however, reports from some recipients that their personalities, tastes, even allergies changed after having a transplant. How much cell memory remains and is information about us held in every cell of the body so that, say, your liver carries the brain's information?

Summer Escape to Halloween

A dear friend, some costumes, and photoshop!

It's hot, lots of vacation spots are adhering to lockdown rules, and most of us are wondering what we're doing for a living to pay bills. Summer may not be a big getaway this year, but that's not reason why you can't escape the heat and bring on a little Halloween planning to reduce stress and look forward to a fun time of the year.

Fata Morgana

Fata Morgana is a complex superior mirage. In this instance, in the horizon a narrow band seen can separate an image, casting what looks like another image superior to the original object. In the image above it appears as if the ship is in the air. Below, the image shows a repeat of it up in the air. Sometimes, the image can be inverted. This occurs when rays of light are bent when they pass through layers that are different temperatures.

Skinwalker Ranch Secret: Communicating With An Intelligence

In our series talking about "The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch" show on History Channel, Dennis Guern and I have covered many possibilities. We both lean toward a portal of a sort - whether it activates phenomena or actually creates a doorway for other beings, it's a pretty world-view changing possibility.

Below are previous installments in our series -

Planning a Lake Vacation With a Spooky Vibe

Ah, a vacation at the lake. It sounds like the perfect retreat. But, if you like a bit of romantic atmosphere, spooky lingering fog, stomping monsters in the woods, strange lights, a lake vacation can be so much more than a paddle boat and some Smores.

If you're looking for UFOs, pick a lake away from big city lights.
If you're looking to have a Bigfoot encounter, pick a higher elevation wooded area lake.
If you're looking for a cursed lake, do a google search for a prospective lake and the word "haunted."

Where I Stand on the Unexplained

I've spent a lot of decades studying the unexplained. Some things fascinate me beyond belief and others I am highly skeptical about. Some subjects I've studied and change my mind on regularly. Other things I study I have a good grasp on the subject.

Kushtaka: Half Man/Half Otter

Native legends are amazing vehicles to carry truths. What the Native People encountered, they incorporated into their legends to be passed down by generations to remember real events, real places, and real encounters, sometimes to teach important lesson for survival.

Deja Vu: Have the 1960s Made the Rounds Again?

art by Julie Ferguson

I feel like I'm having 60s flashbacks lately. America is feeling her cyclical reliving of periods of protest and peace.

Here's just some correlations I've witnessed.
