Thunderbirds was a British SciFi show that ran from 1965-66. The Tracy family operate a unique private mechanized emergency response service. It used a type of marionette puppetry called "supermarionation." Seriously, this show scared the crap out of me as a toddler and I would hide behind the chair and wait until my brother was done watching it.
