Grape Nuts , I tried it once , and it was like eating gravel. SNL made fun of it years ago with this skit "Quarry Breakfast Cereal" http://youtu.be/j5kE0MY4nYsI think Euell Gibbons died soon after making those commercials.
I loved that SNL skit! Yes, I heard he died of heart disease after filming those. Gee, you'd think eating nuts and twigs would have helped....
