04955: The New Adventures of New Sharon!

Zip code 04955:
New Sharon, Maine.

Seriously, that's the zip code, that's the town!

(New Sharon Library--charming, huh?)

(New Sharon Congregational Church--kind of creepy, huh?)

(New Sharon Fire Dept--quirky, huh?)

Sort of describes me, eh? I guess I came by the name honestly.

Well, the new adventures of this new Sharon involve a wish list that I am presently pounding through furiously:

Bigfoot hunt (scheduled in September)
Vulture Mine ghost hunt (scheduling for November)
Wear a Halloween costume to an event (don't know the event yet, but working on the costume)
Zombie walk (doing the virtual one online the 30th of September, but thinking of finding a local one)
Stay at a local resort- order room service, and use the swim-up bar (scheduled in August)
Do a zombie photo shoot at an abandoned location (scheduled in August)
UFO Hunt (scheduling this fall)
Achieve a hard-copy publishing of a book (on the editor's desk right now) "Kickin' Up Dust! (Getting Lost to Find Ourselves)"
Put out my Sheriff Kai: Zombie Outline Killer novella (working it now)
Meteorite hunting (scheduled this fall)
Investigate some indian grinding stones (scheduled this fall)
Go to Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum for Julie and I's book "Spirit Vessels: Why Some Buildings Are Haunted" (dependent on sale of book)
Ghost hunt at Noftsger Hill Inn (scheduled very soon) - testing some old spiritualist's tools and other interesting experiments--lots of them and also getting our team alone in an abandoned jail for a very serious and controlled study using about 20 recording devices, nightvision cameras, FLIR thermal imager, laser grid. Expect the first weeks of August to hear a lot about what we find and how we went about it.
Men: There will be some man time somewhere in this schedule, I assure you. I would go crazy without it.

**Don't forget. Tonight is Lonely on a Friday Night if you want to hang out here and chat, please do. I'll be on all evening.**

  1. Just dropping by to say "Hi". Hard copies... yes, please!! I was looking at your books on Amazon today, but I don't have a Kindle.

    What time is it there? It's 9.30 pm, here. I'm just about to watch "Fright Night 2". I've never seen it so I hope it's not awful. Have fun!!

  7. Goth, you can download the books from Amazon onto your PC or IPAD or other devices. Most people I know who got them, don't have readers, they just put them on their computer as a download--it gives you that choice option.

    Jeremy; I'll breathe when I'm dead (I guess that would make me a zombie, huh?)

    Leo;
    Glad you're jealous. I'm jealous of your amazing SciFi story you're writing, you talented devil!

    Eric;
    Well, quirky definitely.

    Zombie;
    I might be the tour guide.

    My Day;
    There is an old Sharon, I left her at my ex's.

  10. Barry Island (Welsh: Ynys y Barri) is a district, peninsula and seaside resort, forming part of the town of Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.

  11. Hmm... Sounds like a nice vacation spot. I'll visit your Barry, if you visit my New Sharon.

  12. I love costumes so much, I could go nuts with the steampunk thing. I've been slowly introducing it to my wardrobe and it will eventually take over with Safari clothing and Steampunk accents.

  13. I'm a bit sad when it comes to keeping up with technology. I just love having a physical book. I'll have to go back and look into the download options.

  14. LGH; We have a book right now on an editor's desk waiting to be presented to her publisher. Hopefully (fingers crossed) Kickin Up Dust! (Getting Lost to Find Ourselves) will be released. We also have 2 more books following that we hope to release in hard form, as well. Some books need a hard copy. http://kickinupdustbook.blogspot.com
