Book Coming Out Today on Kindle, Nook Soon!

Julie and I's book, "Abandoned Places: Abandoned Memories (Desert Edition)" is coming out today on Kindle and probably tomorrow on Nook. I did not have enough time after our trip to load both up late at night. Remember, Kindle (Amazon) makes it possible to download the book to your IPAD, Droid or your home computer, as well as your Kindle. The book is going for $2.99.

This book was a natural progression for us. We loved to search abandoned buildings and Julie is a photographer and I am a psychic, so we went to abandoned buildings around the desert which I did a psychic read on an object or surface inside and got a scene from the past to bring to life again in story form while Julie photographed.

The combination of psychic readings and photographs in the stark Arizona desert makes for a deeply psychological read. You will not only feel like the past came back to life, but you will see the inside of a person's head as seen by a psychic's read.

As well, I share a bit about what it's like to read objects. Expect me to explain more about that in my upcoming book "From Fledgling to Full-Fledged Psychic" where I help the average person to develop their natural psychic skill to a higher level.

Julie also creates wonderful arts/crafts from things found in abandoned sites and her photography combined in her "Backroads Treasures" shop on Etsy.

  2. Hey Shelby;
    Thanks. Amazon sells books on Kindle to be downloaded to your computer too, so there's lots of options nowadays. That's so cool. I'm glad they got with the times and that some people don't want to use readers. I readily admit, I haven't gotten my reader yet, but I will now that I've realized I can read lots of books super cheap and then don't have to fill my shelves up.

  4. Thanks Brenda! I am excited to now turn my attention to my "Was That a Ghost?" book and finish editing it. I think it will be very ground-breaking. None of these books I'm putting together are the usual, that's for sure, but then neither am the usual writer. I'm a bit of and odd one.
