You're alone on a Friday night? So are we. Join us on here and comment back and forth. See what everyone is up to, what they're drinking, what they think of "Ghost Adventures" tonight or just simply chit chat about this, that, nothing in particular.
Lucky you. It's not on now. I was in a typically female single girl mode and bought the movies Eat Pray Love, The Ugly Truth and Must Love Dogs. Watching Must Love Dogs now. I'm so pathetic. I'd rather see Zak. I never used to love romantic comedies. Now, I find them fascinating. I guess because I wasn't a single gal before.
Funny show I think this show could be successful without the paranormal angle. Got to be cheap to make, all you have to do is fly them to the location and let them wing it.
Barry; I suspect you should read it. I've only heard about it and went--oh my God! This is a woman's dream--to leave their life and redefine themselves without anyone that knows them around them--no expectations of them. They can focus on their expectations of the world instead.
Pangs; Perhaps we should get some characters like Zak and the gang on FoF and the show could take a real turn. It's amazing how them not taking themselves seriously makes people like those half-assed ghost hunting wannabes. Perhaps FoF should just not take themslves so seriously. I'd like to see banter back and forth between the true believers and the skeptics in the group. If we feel like they are playful together, we would feel the same for them.
I think they tried to get a bunch of different "types" together for FoF. It took them a bit to get comfortable together maybe. They are also not natural entertainers.
Pangs; I do believe some of them had been together in investigations. We just don't know those people off the bat so they finally loosened up to show they can smile or be excited about things, but we know nothing about how they feel so far as gung-ho or skeptical. I still want to see a few more "experienced" people in the group and someone with a sense of humor.
Pangs; They are a baby series as things go. I remember the first two seasons of DT were a clinker for me. Tomorrow night, buddy, SyFy is having an original movie--you know how fun those are! I'm putting up a little post about it to get you all excited. Hey, I'm a lonely single gal not dating, so Saturday night and SyFy originals for this nerd are ideal.
I'm around y'all!
ReplyDeleteWatching re-runs of GA now, poor Zak is messing with a gypsy woman. lol
