Blogger Zombie Walk Day!!!

It's that time! Be prepared to "walk" your way from link to link to all the blogs participating in the Blogger Zombie Walk and get more zombie stuff in one day than you can possibly imagine (links below).

The blogs all have different and unique bends on the zombie genre for this event and you will find scary, funny, intriguing, informative and downright cool zombie posts and perhaps some giveaways, as well. When you click on a link below, you can then use their link list to click to other blogs and go through them all.

The giveaway on this blog today is just for today so you have to be a follower and comment on this post today before midnight EST to be entered in the drawing for your choice of one of these combos on DVD:

"Shaun of the Dead" and "Zombieland" (for hilarity) OR
"Night of the Living Dead" and "Dawn of the Dead" (Romero classics)OR
"28 Days Later" and "28 Weeks Later" (modern version of a classic)

Now that we're past all that BS, let's get to my entry in the zombie walk...

  1. Spooktacular tutorial!
    Really realistic look.
    I'm going to attempt it using Elmer's glue.

    Thanks for creating this awesome event! <3

    I'm okay now.

  3. Holly;
    Enjoy! I used to love to make the elmer's skin and peel it off in the middle of class and freak out the kids around me. I was such a freak. Still am, apparently.

    Careful, Max. You glue your eyes shut and we'll miss out on your wicked funny Xmas vids on your blog. :-)

  4. That was wicked. It looked realistic. You should have gone to the mall or grocery shopping looking like that, it would have been funny.

  5. Very nice ...

    What’s a zombie’s favorite shampoo?
    Head and shoulders!

  6. Yeah, but according to the poor grieving Reese family, their favorite candy is Reese's pieces. Har Har Har

  11. You look marvelously zombified. Might have to try this out sometime.

  12. Glad y'all like it. I might have to consider making that my morning makeup regimen. I might turn more male heads, at least the zombie lovers and those are the kinds of nerds I most would want to attract.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Those nerds turn their heads and you eat their brains. Very relaxing.

  14. Echo;
    Now if only eating brains gave one brains...

  15. Great lesson. You make a very cute Z-woman!! BTW...posted a link on my site to yours today.

    Another Zombie posts. Just by coincidence.

  17. The makeup lessons are to "die for!" Zombies frighten me. I have very little brains left and well; frankly? I need 'em!!

    Excellent hair! Makes want to get a perm. ;-D

    I fear Zombies prefer those with stick straight hair! Max; I'll visit you later AFTER the perm.

  18. Brenda;
    Believe it or not, I wear my hair in a ponytail to sleep so it won't choke me when I roll over at night and get it caught. When I pull it down in the morning, that's pretty close to how it looks. Haha. I just teased with my fingers. If I had used a comb, it would have been a total fro. I wish curly/wavy hair was back in again. I'm sick of straight-haired girls not having to fight their locks to make them not frizzy and not having to use straight irons and crap. I refuse to straighten. I do it once or twice a year for kicks and I hate it. It's just not the real me, I guess. If you got a perm, you'd probably wonder who the hell that is in the mirror.

  21. Instructional video from hell, eh? I coincidentally wrote a zombie poem for Flash 55, and Monkey Man let me know about your Undead Walk, so I've linked your site for those who need extra zombie in their day, and here's my link again:The Nightly News Zombie for any who'd like to visit.

  22. Hedgewitch;
    Thanks. That was a beautiful post! I think zombie lovers outnumber zombie haters if the blog-world is any indication.

  23. YOU LOOK MARVELOUS, DAHLING! You did such a good job on your vids. And the makeup...you are a sexy zombie, lady!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Court;
    If I can attract a man as a zombie gal, then there is hope for me without makeup. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  25. I've haven't gotten a chance to watch the tutorial (been setting up Christmas decor) but I'll definitely be watching 'em tomorrow. The finished product looks AWESOME! I hope you had an awesome Zombie Day!
