Mass Blog Experiment: Healing

The last time we tried this mass blog psychic experiment, I sent you an image and a feeling and you tried to pick it up. This time, however, I’m going to be the one doing the work. I’m going to attempt remote healing.

What do you have to do? Not too much. The experiment will be on Thursday. Just tell me what you want healed—don’t need to be specific; you can just say “back,” “head,” “mood,” "hormones," "cravings," “muscles.” Whatever you want me to concentrate on.

You don’t have to do a thing after that. You won’t know when I’m going to be concentrating on you, but on Thursday I will write a post at 3 pm (MST) which would be 6 pm (Eastern Standard Time) telling each person what time of the day I spent 5 minutes concentrating on his/her issue. We can see if perhaps some relief in your symptoms occurred at that time or afterwards.

I look forward to sending out positive healing energy!

  1. Yeah, I was gonna say something immature like "Concentrate on my butt" b/c it made me giggle, but (no pun intended) I figured it'd be better if I say what's truly ailing me just in case your experiment works, so it would be cravings for me. :) hehe (still giggling at my own silly joke...yep)

  2. Kim;
    Just my luck, concentrating on your butt would make it grow, so maybe you should let me work on the cravings instead. Hee hee

  3. Okay Girlfriend,
    I might need you to do this on a daily basis.........LOL

    Seriously, though. Dark Archer and I do this sort of thing all the time so I'm game.

    I am going to have to go with "stress."

    You have your work cut out for you!

  4. Rowan;
    Super achiever, huh? No problemo--stress is one of my specialties. I used to run a self-help group for folks with anxiety, gave lectures, workshops, and wrote articles on the subject--it's my specialty.

  5. I think I'll go with sinus allergies. Some days mine are worse than others. The night before last I had a hard time falling asleep because it was hard to breathe, but today I'm mostly feeling fine. I'd probably do well to dust more often...although it seems like ever time I do dust, I have another bad night. I think I might have to get some of those surgical masks just to dust in!

  6. Hey Jeff;
    I'm with ya there. I have allergy covers on the mattress and pillowcases and I wash the sheets in hot water and add a couple drops of eucalyptus oil--good for killing off dust mites. Bedtime is a cloggy time even with those precautions.

  7. Hmmm. I could use a little help with maintaining a positive outlook. That would be nice. Thanks!

  8. You got it--take note on Thursday if at any time of the day you feel yourself letting go of control of everything and believing good things are coming your way, a real karma rush.

  10. I know you can't heal my sinus problems completely but if I didn't have to suffer so bad, that would be nice.

  11. oh, autumnforest, there's so much i don't know where to begin!! all my ms symptoms...no balance, weakness, not much control of my hands, well, while i'm wanting everything, make me WALK again? teehee! and make me hungry again, so i can gain my 20 lbs back. oh, so much...my thyroid surgery is 4/19, so let me live thru that? gahhhhhhh...what a whiner!

  12. I have learned this the HARD way, be careful what you ask for:

    I would love a peaceful mind and to stop smoking.... and if I up and died... I get both.

    Pray that my laughter returns.

  13. Libby-Girl; I feel certain I can figure out what parts of you need the boost. The good thing is that your weight will go on with the thyroid surgery and that might actually help you to get walking again as well. During that time, I'll hone in on the most bothersome things. Mostly, I want to concentrate on you walking and getting balance.

    @eloh;
    You're always a charm. I would wish for smoking cravings to go away and I think once you kick that son-of-a-bitch you'll probably have a good joyous laugh.

    Most everyone I know their general location--narrow it down for me, midwest, east, west... Since you don't have a blog, it'll make it easier for me to have a way to tie to you.

  16. This sounds like a wonderful experiment and I am game to try. My back has been sore lately so you could focus on that. I will be interested to see what happens! :-)
